Welcome to Kidslife Daycare! We believe that quality early care and education is a partnership between parents and a childcare provider. At Kidslife Daycare, it is our mission to partner with parents, and to provide children with developmentally appropriate activities in a safe, loving environment where they are free to explore and learn. Kidslife Daycare is a Christian-based program. We believe that at this developmental stage, children thrive from loving, responsive relationships with caregivers, based on respect for the child and his or her family. At Kidslife Daycare, your child will have the opportunity to explore and grow, create and discover, build relationships with his or her peers and become confident learners who are rooted in the teaching of the Bible. Bethani Allen has found true blessings under the leadership of Kidslife Daycare East. With a lifelong dream of managing a Christian-based childcare center fueled by her love for Jesus and children, Bethani considers it an honor and a gift to serve as the director of a center that prioritizes teaching children the love of Jesus.
Over the past ten years, Bethani has amassed extensive childcare experience, including various internships. In 2012, she graduated from Seton Hill University with a bachelor's degree in Childcare Administration and Psychology. Having held roles such as assistant teacher, lead teacher, and assistant director, Bethani asserts that her role as director at Kidslife Daycare has been the most rewarding.
Bethani guarantees the utmost quality care for your children under her leadership. With a dedicated and caring team, they ensure that your little ones receive joy-filled care every day.
Meet Our Directors
Tricia Cerro, Director at KidsLife Daycare North, is a mother of four daughters and a passionate advocate for early education. With a background in preschool teaching and hotel operations, including a role as Director of Operations with the Hilton brand, Tricia brings a wealth of experience. As a member of Grace Life Church, she actively engages in church teams, life groups, and incorporates core values into everyday life.
Starting her career at TenderCare Learning Center, Tricia holds a BS in Education with a dual major in Elementary Education/Early Childhood from California University of PA. She pursued further education in special education, serving children with intellectual and developmental challenges in Allegheny County.
Excited to merge her childcare and operations experiences, Tricia is dedicated to growing KidsLife – North. Her ethos revolves around bringing joy, serving, and pouring into others, especially children. Committed to leading a play-based childcare program and building a strong, faithful foundation for future leaders, Tricia collaborates with the Leadership team to ensure the best care and early education experience for each family and child.
